Authors are requested to emphasize on novel theoretical standard and downtrodden concerns of the mentioned areas against the backdrop of proper objectification of suitable primary materials and documents. The papers must not be published in parts or whole or accepted for publication anywhere else.<\/div>\n<div><b><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>OBJECTIVE:<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span>To develop and promote academic research activities on various contemporary socio-legal issues and trends in law,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>To provide a platform to discuss the problems related to socio-legal and research issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>Patron-in-Chief:&nbsp;<span>Prof. G. Chandani, Formally Professor of Law, University of Lucknow<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>Submission Guidelines<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Authors are requested to strictly follow the bellow mentioned submission guidelines:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Submission must be written in English only.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Each submission should be accompanied with an Abstract containing 5 keywords explaining the aims &amp; object of the paper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>The font shall be in Times New Roman of font size 14 for title or headings &amp; 12 for main text. The footnotes shall be of font size 10. End notes are not to be used.<\/li>\n<li>Citation Mode \u2013 A uniform method of citation is accepted.<\/li>\n<li>File must be in MS Word (*.doc or *.docx) format with spacing of 1.5 on A4 size page, assigning file names title of the paper and the name of authors respectively.<\/li>\n<li>The words limit for (inclusive of footnotes):&nbsp;<span>a) Article: 3500-5000 words,&nbsp;<\/span><span>b) Short comments: 1500-2500 words,&nbsp;<\/span><span>c) Book Review: 1500 words.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>If the submission is accepted for publication, authors will have to submit a declaration stating his work is original, unpublished and is not been submitted for publication anywhere else.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure anonymity in reviewing the papers, title of the paper, name of the author, co-author, designation, address, contact number and e-mail should appear only on the first page of the paper.<\/li>\n<li>All submissions shall be made to \u2018editor.lexrevolution@gmail.com\u2019 with \u2018Submission Article\/Comment\/Book Review: Title of Paper &amp; Name of Author\u2019 as subject.<\/li>\n<li>Editor reserves the right to do the necessary changes required.<\/li>\n<li>All submissions will be checked for plagiarism. The authors are strictly expected to acknowledge the references made use of.
