Section 469(1); of the Companies Act, 2013 amended the Rule 5(1); of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014 by an amendment called the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Amendment Rules, 2014&nbsp;dated June 6, 2014 wherein the proviso has been inserted that the companies may accept the deposits without deposit insurance contract till the 31st March, 2015.<\/font><\/p>\n<p   ><font
