His tenure as a Judge will become effective from the date he will assume the charge of his office.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p >In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1); of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President of <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">India<\/st1:country-region>&nbsp; appointed <b>Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra<\/b>, Additional Judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court, as a Judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court. His tenure as a Judge will become effective from the date he will assume the charge of his office.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p ><span>The President in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 217 (1); of the Constitution of India appointed <b>(i) Shri Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan, (ii) Shri Justice Piar Singh Rana, and (iii) Shri Justice Sureshwar Thakur<\/b>, Additional Judges of the Himachal Pradesh High Court, to be Judges of the Himachal Pradesh High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p ><span>The President in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 224 (1); of the Constitution of India appointed <b>Shri Vipul Manubhai Pancholi<\/b>, to be an Additional Judge of the Gujarat High Court, for a period of two years with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1);
