They are as follows:<\/p>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>Protocols for consultations between the Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia for the period 2015-16<\/b> &#8211; to envisage close consultation between the two foreign Ministries on various issues and multilaterals like UN, G-20, BRICS etc.<\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>Agreement for Training of Indian Armed Forces Personnel in the Military Educational Establishments of the Defence Ministry of the Russian Federation &#8211;<\/b> to lay down provisions and procedures for training courses in military educational and training establishments, and facilitation of better understanding between the two defence forces.<\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>Bilateral cooperation in the civil nuclear energy sector<\/b> &#8211; to strengthen cooperation in peaceful uses of atomic energy between the Republic of India and Russian Federation.<\/font><\/li>\n<li><b>Bilateral cooperation for Technical Data and Information Non-Disclosure<\/b><span> \u2013 to provide an impetus to scientific and technological cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear energy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><b>Programme of Cooperation (POC) under Framework of Inter-Governmental Agreement <\/b><span>&#8211; for enhancement of cooperation in Oil &amp; Gas in 2015-16.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>MoU between Quality Council of India (QCI) and Federal Accreditation Service of Russian Federation<\/b> \u2013 to develop accreditation systems, sharing of information, and creation of conditions for the elimination of technical barriers in trade and economic cooperation.<\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>MoU between Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR)<\/b>&#8211; to envisage programme of cooperation in Health Research such as oncology, HIV\/AIDS, new generation vaccines etc.<\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>MoU between TATA Power and Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF)<\/b> \u2013 to explore investment opportunities in the energy sector across the Russian Federation.<\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>MoU between ACRON of Russia &amp; NMDC of India<\/b>&#8211; to envisage acquisition of stakes by a consortium of Indian companies in the US$ 2 billion project of ACRON, a Russian fertilizer company.<\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>MoU between VTB (Vneshtorgbank) of Russia &amp; ESSAR group<\/b> \u2013 to envisage finance arrangement of US$ 1 billion to ESSAR by VTB for general corporate purpose.<\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>MoU between IDFC (Infrastructure Development Finance Corporation Ltd.) &amp; RDIF (Russian Direct Investment Fund)<\/b> \u2013 to describe terms and conditions on creation of a fund for investments in India and Russia.<\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>MoU between \u2018Oil India Ltd.\u2019 &amp; \u2018Zarubezhneft\u2019 \u2013 <\/b>to facilitate technological association on hydrocarbon projects in India.<\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>MoU between FICCI &amp; Delovaya Rossiya \u2013<\/b> to broaden and strengthen economic ties and facilitate exchange of information &amp; support to enterprises in both countries.<\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>MoU between new agencies PTI and TASS \u2013 <\/b>to envisage cooperation on exchange of news and the right to use news items.<\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>MoU between Electronics and Software Export Promotion Council of India (ESEPCI) and Skolkovo Foundation of Russia \u2013<\/b> to enter new market by means of joint ventures, strategic alliances and joint research and development.<\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>MoU between ESSAR and ROSNEFT<\/b>&#8211; for long term supply of crude oil.<\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>MoU between EIRENE Systems &amp; GLONASS Union \u2013 <\/b>to envisage joint development and implementation of \u2018Navigation Platform\u2019 &amp; \u2018Geographical Information System\u2019 in India.<\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p   >\n<ul>\n<li><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><b>MoU between Gamesa Wind Turbine Pvt.
