The objective of the Agreement is to enable technical assistance and cooperation between the Railways of the two countries on areas such as High Speed Rail, Modernisation of Rolling Stock, Railway Operations, Modernisation of Signalling, Construction &amp; Maintenance technologies and in development of Logistics
