The Act provides for Omission of Entry 3 in the Schedule to the Constitution (Sikkim) Scheduled Castes Order, 1978, as well as following amendments in various Parts of the Schedule to the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950:<\/p>\n<p><b>In Part VIII- Kerala<\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Substitution of \u201cPalluvan, Pulluvan\u201d instead of \u201cPalluvan\u201d in Entry 46.<\/li>\n<li>Substitution of \u201cThandan (excluding Ezhuvas and Thiyyas who are known as Thandan, in the erstwhile Cochin and Malabar areas) and Carpenters who are known as Thachan, in the erstwhile Cochin and Travancore State), Thachar (other than Carpenter)\u201d instead of \u201cThandan\u201d in Entry 61.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>In Part IX- Madhya Pradesh<\/b><\/p>\n<p><!--if !supportLists-->\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <!--endif-->Substitution of \u201cDahait, Dahayat, Dahat, Dahiya\u201d instead of \u201cDahait, Dahayat, Dahat\u201d in Entry
