Endlaw J. held that the action of Rameshwari in photocopying portions of textbooks and study packs and of Delhi University in creating such packs and allowing Rameshwari to photocopy them and sell them to students was fair use and did not infringe the copyright of the publishing houses. Oxford University Press v.
