In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1); and (3) of Section 6 and read with Section 7 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 (19 of 2010), the Central Government appointed Shri Justice Pratap Kumar Ray, former Judge of High Court of Kolkata as the Judicial Member of the National Green Tribunal with effect from 24th September, 2014 for a period of five years or till he attains the age of sixty seven years, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
