In a notification dated 13th<\/sup> August 2014, the Chief Justice of India, exercising the power under Order I Rule 1(2) of Supreme Court Rules, 2013 (Rules) directed that the explanations (b) and (c) for the proviso to Order IV Rule 10 of the Rules, shall not be enforceable until further orders are passed in this regard.<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Order IV Rule 10 of Supreme Court Rules, 2013 deals with complaint and suspension of the advocate-on-record on grounds of misconduct and the impugned explanations to the said Rule state the grounds that constitute misconduct. <\/span>  <\/span><\/p>\n
