The Central Government vide notification dated August 1, 2014, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 157 (1); & (2) of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 made the Trade Marks (Amendment) Rules, 2014 in order to amend Trade Marks Rules, 2002. The same will come into force on the date their publication in official gazette.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The following entries has been substituted by the 2014 Rules<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. In the Trade Marks Rules, 2002, in the First Schedule, in column (3), <\/span>\u2014<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    (a)<\/span>   <\/span> <\/span>Against serial numbers 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, for the entries \u201c3500.00\u201d, the entry \u201c4000\u201d substituted;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

    (b)<\/span>  <\/span> <\/span>Against serial number 71, for the entry \u201c12,500.00\u201d, the entry \u201c20000\u201d substituted.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

          2. In the Rules,<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

    (a)<\/span>   <\/span> <\/span>In the Second Schedule, in FORM TM-1, FORM TM-51 and FORM -TM 52, for the entries \u201c3500\u201d, the entry \u201c4000\u201d substituted.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

    (b)<\/span>  <\/span> <\/span>In FORM TM-63, for the entry \u201c12500\u201d, the entry \u201c20000\u201d shall be substituted.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
