The IP Clinic at <\/span><\/span>Institute of Law, Nirma University<\/span><\/a> <\/span><\/span>was inaugurated on 26 September, 2015 at the hands of Prof. (Dr.) Shamnad Basheer, Former MHRD IPR Chair Professor at <\/span><\/span>WBNUJS<\/span><\/a>, Kolkata and Founder, <\/span>SpicyIP<\/span><\/a>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The clinic comes under the aegis of <\/span><\/span>Centre for IPR, Institute of Law, Nirma University<\/span><\/a>. The Centre was set up in 2013 to create awareness of IPR and update students and professionals with the latest developments in the field of IPR.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The inauguration was graced by Mr. Jatin Trivedi, Partner, Y. J. Trivedi & Co., Ahmedabad and Ms. Nilam Gadani, Patent Attorney, H.K. Acharya & Company<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

A ‘Letter of Intent’ was signed between H.K. Acharya & Co. and the Center for IPR to have a variety of programmes related to Intellectual Property Rights.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

On this occasion, Prof. (Dr.) Basheer also released the IP newsletter ‘AVAHA’.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
