Shri. P.Vijayan IPS, D.I.G. of Kerala Police and the winner of the title \u2018Indian of the Year 2014\u2019 by CNN-IBN inaugurated National Service Scheme Kerala Law Academy Unit for the academic year 2015-2016. He has also inaugurated the new Office of NSS Unit in the College campus. The NSS KLA Unit has obtained considerable attention during a short period of time for its activities in the previous academic year. The Unit was appreciated for conducting various awareness programs for the personality development of students and for conducting cleaning and other allied activities around Trivandrum city. The inauguration ceremony was presided over by Dr. Lekshmi P. Nair, the Principal, Kerala Law Academy Law College. Dr. S. Venumohan, Chief Coordinator of NSS, University of Kerala was the chief guest of the function and Prof. Ravikumar and Mohammed Shafi were gave their felicitations. Welcome speech was delivered by Shri. S. Sunil Kumar, Program Coordinator NSS KLA Unit and the Student Coordinator Murali conveyed vote of thanks.
