The proposition for the 2015 Moot, in a departure from its previous international commercial arbitration editions, was based on investment treaty arbitration and was set by Mr. Devashish Krishnan (Class of 2002), an international arbitration specialist who is currently engaged as an adviser to the State of Bahrain.&nbsp; The moot, which was witness to participation by over 24 teams globally, had the preliminary rounds and quarter-final rounds at the NLS Campus. The semi-final rounds and final round were organized at the Taj West End, Bangalore. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p ><span lang=\"EN-IN\"  >The finalists were defending champions \u2013 Jindal Global Law School and the National University of Singapore. The close round was argued before an illustrious tribunal consisting of Mr. Devashish Krishnan, Mr. Murali Neelakantan (ex-Global GC, Cipla) and Mr. Sitesh Mukherjee (Head of Dispute Resolution, Trilegal). Jindal Global Law School was successful in defending its title and also bagged the Best Respondent Memorial. Victor Leong from the runners-up NUS Law won the Best Oralist in Preliminary Rounds and School of Law at Christ University, Bangalore was awarded the Best Claimant Memorial. Members of the winning and runners-up teams each received an iPad Mini and Kindle Paperwhite respectively. The Best Memorials and Best Oralist each received book vouchers for Rs.10,000\/-.
