Sathe<\/i> National Moot Court Competition from 13-15 February, 2015. The Remembering S. P. Sathe National Moot Court Competition is being organised to introduce&nbsp;<span>participants to practical appellate argumentation of cases consisting a foreign element. This year\u2019s&nbsp;<\/span><span>competition will engage teams from across the country in arguing a moot problem touching upon&nbsp;<\/span><span>marriage and succession setup in a transnational and inter-religious backdrop, involving issues&nbsp;<\/span><span>relating to private international law.
