Based on a given a set of facts, students will be required to draft a share purchase agreement (\u201c<b>SPA<\/b>\u201d) and a legal opinion backing the legality and enforceability of the SPA.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: medium;\">Why should you participate?<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: medium;\">The competition is a distinctive opportunity for students to <b>apply to transactional drafting<\/b> and <b>be evaluated by professionals<\/b>;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">It will train you to appreciate facts and apply the law in a <b>real-world commercial transactional scenario<\/b>;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span
