In the present case the appellant was born in the 1952, whereas, his date of birth was registered as 1947 in the service record. Undisputedly service record of the plaintiff was prepared in the year 2002 and till the time of filing of suit, in the year 2009, he did not raise any objection with respect thereto. The Court held that the ratios of the previous judgments are squarely applicable and thus the appeal was entitled to be dismissed. <i>Sh. Prabhu Ram v.
