Sathe<\/i> National Moot Court Competition from 13-15 February, 2015. The Remembering S. P. Sathe National Moot Court Competition is being organised to introduce\u00a0participants to practical appellate argumentation of cases consisting a foreign element. This year\u2019s\u00a0competition will engage teams from across the country in arguing a moot problem touching upon\u00a0marriage and succession setup in a transnational and inter-religious backdrop, involving issues\u00a0relating to private international law.
