State of Maharashtra has further asked to constitute the medical board KEM Hospital and College, Mumbai so as to medically examine the petitioner. Medical examination of the Petitioner scheduled to be conducted on 23.07.2016. The report of the Medical Board shall be placed before the Court for consideration on 25.07.2016. [Ms. X v.
