This is further corroborated with the judicial view of these laws reflected through judicial pronouncements and other practical aspects like administrative and judicial processes.<\/li>\n<li>Course content, fundamental, in terms of legislations and judicial decisions:\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction to Electricity Act, 2003<\/li>\n<li>Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006<\/li>\n<li>Coal Scam<\/li>\n<li>Renewable and Nuclear Energy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Certification shall be issued to the student who:\n<ul>\n<li>has attended all the lectures,<\/li>\n<li>submitted the take home assignment at the end of the course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Venue<\/u>: ILS Law College, Pune : 411004<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Eligibility:<\/u> Admissions are open to 2<sup>nd <\/sup>\u2013 5<sup>th<\/sup> B.A.LL.B.\/B.S.L., LL.B. and LL.M. students<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Registration:<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Registration fee: Rs. 3,500\/-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last date for registration: 22<sup>nd<\/sup> July 2016<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Payment Details:<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Payment can be made online, Demand Draft or cash transaction<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Online payment:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Step I: Select category \u2013 \u2018Certificate Course in Energy Laws\u2019.
