The majority of the lectures of this course shall be delivered by Harvard Doctoral Candidate Mr. Bharat Phule. The other faculties shall also chip in with their inputs. The course focuses on the comparative analysis of Constitutions of India and US.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The participants of the course shall be given a certificate along with their respective individual grading. The grading shall be based on the daily evaluation during the classes and an essay of 1500 words.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The students of 3<sup>rd<\/sup> to 5<sup>th<\/sup> B.A.LL.B.\/B.S.L. ( 5 year course), LL.B. (3 years course) and LL.M. are eligible for the course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date: <\/strong>2<sup>nd<\/sup> to 8<sup>th<\/sup> August 2016<\/p>\n<p><strong>Timing: <\/strong>2:00-5:00 p.m. on each day of the course<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Submission Procedure :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Register your names to <a href=\"mailto:centreforpubliclaw@gmail.com\">centreforpubliclaw@gmail.com<\/a> with the email subject \u201cEnrollment for the Course on Comparative Constitutional Law\u201d<\/li>\n<li>After Registration , Seat No shall be allotted to candidate and only by that seat no. the fees is payable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Registration: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The last date of registration as well as payment is 24<sup>th<\/sup> July 2016.
