The Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred\u00a0by clause (g) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Lokpal\u00a0and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 (1 of 2014),\u00a0notifies the amount of annual income\u00a0of society or association of persons or trust (whether\u00a0registered under any law for the time being in force or\u00a0not), by whatever name called, wholly or partly financed\u00a0by the Government as referred to in clause (g) of subsection\u00a0(1) of section 14 of the said Act for being under\u00a0the jurisdiction of Lokpal, shall be \u201c one crore rupees\u201d.\u00a0For the purpose of this notification only the grants\u00a0or financial assistance given by the Central Government\u00a0may be taken into consideration for determining the annual\u00a0income.<\/p>\n
