The articles would undergo initial editorial screening followed by blind peer review. Manuscripts are invited under the following categories:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Articles:<\/strong>\u00a0A comprehensive and thorough analysis of issues related to the theme of the Journal. The word limit for articles is\u00a0<strong>between 5,000 to 7,000 words.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Short Notes:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0A short note is more concise than an article specifically dealing with the challenges to the problems consisting\u00a0<strong>between 3,000 to 5,000 words.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Case Comments<\/strong>:\u00a0An\u00a0academic writing\u00a0that analyses or is a critique of a recent case. The word limit for commentaries is\u00a0between 3,000 to 4,000 words.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Normative Law Articles:<\/strong>\u00a0The\u00a0Law Review\u00a0will explore the opinion of students relating to the specific legislation involved in the theme of the Journal. It seeks to bring out a student\u2019s view on how\u00a0 a particular Legislation or Legislative Provision should have been drafted to bring out clarity into the law. The article must first state briefly about the Legislation\/Legislative provision and then suggest what changes can be adopted in it. Should you have reason to believe that the particular legislation requires some amendments, you are welcome to\u00a0<strong>DRAFT and\/or AMEND\u00a0<\/strong>the provisions or you can re-draft the entire law if so be the requirement.\u00a0Arguments must be logical and can\u00a0take into account\u00a0aspects such as Sociological, Political, and Economic implications of the law.\u00a0<strong>Word Limit shall not exceed 5,000 words.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Submission Guidelines:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All\u00a0submissions\u00a0must be in Garamond, font size 12, Spacing 1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All footnotes should be in Garamond 10 single-spaced and should conform to the\u00a0<strong>Standard Indian Legal Citation Style.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Margins: Left 1.5 Inch and Right 1 Inch, Top 1 Inch and Bottom 1 Inch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All the word limits are exclusive of footnotes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All submissions must be accompanied with an abstract of not more than 10% of the word limit subject to a minimum of 200 words.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The manuscript should be accompanied with a covering letter specifying the author\u2019s name, designation, institute,\u00a0contact number\u00a0and e-mail for future reference.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All entries should be submitted in\u00a0.doc or .docx formats.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Manuscripts must be e-mailed to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:submissionsrslr@rgnul.ac.in\">submissionsrslr@rgnul.ac.in<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Co-authorship is allowed to a maximum of\u00a0<strong>TWO (2)\u00a0<\/strong>authors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The author(s) bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of facts, opinions or view stated in the submitted Manuscript. In case of any gross plagiarism found in the contents of submitted manuscript, the Manuscript shall be subject to rejection.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Submission
