The Indian Journal of Arbitration Law \u00a0announced the call for papers for Volume 5, Issue 2. We would be grateful if you would share details of the call on your website.<\/p>\n

The details are as follows:<\/p>\n

The Indian Journal of Arbitration Law (IJAL)\u00a0<\/strong>is the flagship biannual journal of the Centre for\u00a0Advanced Research and Training in Arbitration Law, published under the aegis of National Law\u00a0University, Jodhpur. IJAL strives to achieve scholarly excellence with the aid of an eminent advisory\u00a0board and an institution known for its academic excellence.<\/p>\n

IJAL is published in the months of\u00a0January and July each year.<\/p>\n

IJAL is also indexed on popular legal databases such as Kluwer Arbitration and Westlaw.<\/p>\n

Content<\/strong><\/h5>\n
    \n
  1. Articles, which analyse topics of permanent\u00a0interest from major national jurisdictions as well as contemporary international issues,<\/li>\n
  2. Notes,\u00a0which cover topical recent developments and on-going debates in the field<\/li>\n
  3. Book reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    IJAL is pleased to announce its upcoming issue, Issue 2 of Volume 5, which is to be published in\u00a0January 2017.<\/p>\n

    Deadline<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    The deadline for submission of manuscripts for the forthcoming issue is 30th September, 2016.<\/p>\n

    However, IJAL accepts articles year-round on a rolling basis and any manuscript submitted after the aforesaid\u00a0deadline will be considered for publication in the next issue i.e. Issue 1 of Volume 6.<\/p>\n

    Manuscripts may be submitted via email to the Executive Editor at\u00a0editor.cartal@gmail.com<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0latest\u00a0by 30th September, 2016.<\/p>\n
