Supreme Court:<\/strong> The Court dismissed the transfer petition (Criminal) filed by the petitioner Ms Sujatha Ravi Kiran @ Sujatasahu wife of Lt Cdr Ravi Kiran and directed Kerala Police to continue with the investigation by constituting a special investigating team comprising officials of Kerala Police headed by a DIG level officer and to complete the investigations preferably within three months. \u00a0Further the prayer made by the petitioner to transfer the investigation carried out by Kerala Police to the CBI on the misconceived grounds of alleged bias\/ connivance with the Indian Navy has also been disbelieved and thereby dismissed by a bench comprising TS Thakur CJI, \u00a0UU Lalit and Ms. R Banumathi JJ vide order dated 12 May 16.<\/p>\n
