Union of India, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scconline.com\/LoginForNewsLink\/2014_2_SCC_305\">(2014) 2 SCC 305<\/a>, it would not be proper to hold NEET and this order should not affect pending matters. The 3 judge bench of A.R. Dave, Shiva Kirti Singh and Adarsh K. Goel, JJ rejected the said contention and said that the said judgment has already been recalled in Medical Council of India v. Christian Medical College, Vellore, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scconline.com\/LoginForNewsLink\/2016_4_SCC_342\">(2016) 4 SCC 342<\/a>\u00a0and therefore, the Notifications dated 21.12.2010 are in operation as on today.
