They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. In Rules, 2014, in rule 3, in sub-rule (2),\u2014 (a) in the first proviso, for the words and figures &#8220;on or before the 15th day of April, 2016&#8221;, the words and figures &#8220;on or before the 31st day of July, 2016&#8221; shall be substituted; (b) in the second proviso, for the words and figures &#8220;on or before the 15th day of April, 2016&#8221;, the words and figures &#8220;on or
