Lokur and N.V. Ramana, JJ imposed a cost of Rs. 25, 000 on all the States and Union Territories except the States of Bihar, Maharashtra and Jammu &amp; Kashmir i.e. the only States from where the responses had been received. The Court said that the costs has to be deposited within a period of three weeks from the date of the order with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee for utilization of juvenile justice issues. The matter will be next taken up on 06.05.2016.
