The Indian Arbitration Law Review (IALR)<\/span>, an annual double-blind peer-reviewed journal of the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal<\/span>, invites submissions of original, unpublished and scholarly manuscripts from students, academicians, legal practitioners and members of the legal fraternity for publication in Volume IX<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Founded by Mr. Prashant Mishra, an alumnus of NLIU, the Indian Arbitration Law Review is a specialised periodical devoted exclusively to arbitration law. Published by Eastern Book Company (EBC) and indexed on SCC Online and HeinOnline, the Journal provides a platform for contemporary academic discourse and critical engagement with developments in arbitration law and practice.<\/p>\n

THEMES FOR SUBMISSION<\/p>\n

The Journal welcomes submissions on any aspect of arbitration law, including, but not limited to, the following sub-themes:<\/p>\n
