He particularly highlighted the challenges faced by first-generation lawyers in establishing themselves in the legal fraternity and emphasised the importance of perseverance, professional integrity, consistent hard work and sound legal acumen in building a successful career.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/10_Event-Reporting-5-1-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"675\" height=\"380\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">He further underscored the significance of strong research and drafting skills, effective advocacy, courtroom discipline and continuous learning in navigating the legal profession. His address offered students a practical perspective on bridging the gap between academic learning and professional practice, while encouraging them to approach their careers with dedication, confidence and a commitment to justice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The session was coordinated by Mr. Prabhat Kumar Saha, who facilitated the programme, and concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered by Mr. J. P. Rai, expressing gratitude to the distinguished speaker, the Dean and all those who contributed to the successful organisation of the event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The programme reflected the Faculty&#8217;s continued commitment to providing students with meaningful professional exposure and guidance through interactions with distinguished members of the legal
