Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised L Catterton India Fund on its investment in Nandhana Foods Private Limited (the “Company”), by way of a subscription to newly issued equity shares and the acquisition of equity shares from existing shareholders (the “Transaction”).<\/p>\n

The Company operates South Indian cuisine restaurants and cloud kitchens and is also engaged in the retail sale of spices and pickles under its own brand.<\/p>\n

CAM advised on all aspects of the Transaction, including the legal due diligence and the transaction documents.<\/p>\n
