Khaitan & Co advised the Book Running Lead Managers on the proposed initial public offering of Anmol Industries Limited by way of offer for sale of Equity Shares aggregating up to INR 18,000.00 million. Intensive Fiscal Services Private Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, and IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited) acted as the Book Running Lead Managers on the proposed issue.<\/p>\n
