Delhi High Court:<\/span> In an application seeking waiver of costs, a Single Judge Bench of Saurabh Banerjee, J.<\/span>, waived the costs with a direction to counsel for the petitioners to distribute samosas and tea to all the employees of the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) within 1 week.<\/p>\n

The Court while considering an application seeking waiver of costs of ₹50,000 imposed vide order dated 20 August 2026, allowed the application and waived the costs imposed by the earlier order, considering the factual matrix involved.<\/p>\n

However, while disposing of the application, the Court directed counsel for the petitioners to distribute samosas and tea to all employees of the DHCBA within 1 week.<\/p>\n
