{"id":396293,"date":"2026-09-16T10:00:42","date_gmt":"2026-09-16T04:30:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=396293"},"modified":"2026-09-16T10:12:46","modified_gmt":"2026-09-16T04:42:46","slug":"aibe-xxi-cop-dispatched-state-bar-councils","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2026\/09\/16\/aibe-xxi-cop-dispatched-state-bar-councils\/","title":{"rendered":"AIBE XXI COP Update: First batch dispatched to State Bar Councils; second phase processing for pending candidates announced"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Bar Council of India (BCI)<\/span> has announced an update regarding the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Certificates of Practice (COPs)<\/span> of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">AIBE XXI-qualified candidates<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">COPs Dispatched to State Bar Councils<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The COPs of candidates who enrolled with their respective State Bar Councils and uploaded their Enrolment Certificates <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">on or before 30 July 2026<\/span> have been processed, printed and dispatched to their respective State Bar Councils.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates whose COPs have been dispatched are advised to contact their respective <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">State Bar Councils<\/span> regarding:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>collection of the COP; and<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">the status of the dispatched certificate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Second Lot of COP Processing<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Candidates who uploaded their Enrolment Certificates <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">after 30 July 2026 and up to 30 September 2026<\/span> will be considered in the second lot of COP processing and dispatch.
