The competition promotes critical thinking, policy analysis, problem-solving and strategic decision-making, with an interdisciplinary focus spanning law, social sciences, public policy, environmental studies, technology and management.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Theme: Innovation, Law and Justice:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%; text-align: center; font-style: italic;\">&#8220;Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The case studies reflect the complex interplay between innovation, law and social justice in contemporary India. Participants are expected to analyse real-world challenges, identify key stakeholders and propose comprehensive, feasible and sustainable solutions balancing competing interests and constitutional values.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Event Details<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Date: 13th November, 2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Venue: Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, AU-Block, Outer Ring Road, Pitampura, Delhi &#8211; 110034<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Team Size: Minimum 1 Member; Maximum 3 Members<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Registration Fee: &#8377;500 (1-3 Members) &#8211; Early Bird Offer till 20th September, 2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Registration Fee after 20th September, 2026: &#8377;800 (1-3 Members)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Last Date to Register: 20th October, 2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Last Date for Submission of PPT and PDF: 30th October 2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Eligibility: School students (Classes IX-XII), undergraduate students and postgraduate students from recognized institutions across India.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>All team members must belong to the same institution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">No requirement criteria of 1 team per institution is there.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Case Problems<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Case Study 1: The Neelanadi Effluent Crisis &#8211; industrial pollution, environmental compliance, livelihoods and innovative regulatory solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Case Study 2: The Voice on the Phone &#8211; AI voice cloning, banking fraud, consumer protection, telecom regulation and AI governance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Participants must choose one of the two case problems provided in the brochure. Each team must design ONE solution in the form of a business\/startup idea, product\/technology solution, or law\/policy\/bill addressing at least two of the challenges specified in the chosen case.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">What Participants Must Address<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Problem Diagnosis &#8211; socio-legal, ethical and operational issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Stakeholder Analysis &#8211; interests, roles, responsibilities and conflicts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Legal &amp; Policy Framework &#8211; applicable constitutional provisions, laws, policies, regulations and judicial precedents.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proposed Strategy &#8211; comprehensive, feasible and sustainable solution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Implementation Roadmap &#8211; timelines, responsibilities, actions and measurable milestones.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Financial Plan &#8211; budget allocation, estimated costs and projected financial requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Monitoring &amp; Accountability &#8211; indicators, review timelines, reporting and grievance redressal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Submission Requirements<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Presentation must be submitted in both PDF and PPT formats.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Presentation should contain 5 content slides, excluding the cover page, thank-you slide and appendix\/reference slides.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Submission deadline: 30th October, 2026.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>File name format: TeamName_CSS (e.g., Innovators_CSS).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Only one submission per team is permitted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>No modifications are permitted after submission, except for teams qualifying for the final round.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Participants must clearly state and justify assumptions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>All data, legal provisions, policies and frameworks must be explicitly cited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Flowcharts, graphs, stakeholder maps and other visual elements are recommended.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Presentation must be in English.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Competition Structure<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">The competition will be conducted in two rounds:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Preliminary Round &#8211; Case Study Presentation\/Pitch: 8-minute presentation followed by a 2-minute Q&amp;A.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Final Round &#8211; Innovation Round: Qualifying teams receive an on-the-spot additional challenge related to their original case and must adapt their solution accordingly.
