Rohan Jain and Kshitij Arora joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as Partners with their team in the Corporate Practice at the Delhi — NCR office.<\/p>\n

Rohan has over 14 years of experience advising on complex, high-stakes transactions across diverse industries. His practice focuses on structuring, negotiating, and executing domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and strategic alliances, with a particular emphasis on inbound and outbound transactions involving India. He regularly advises multinational corporations, private equity funds, sovereign investors, and global conglomerates on legal, regulatory, and strategic considerations for investments into and from India.<\/p>\n

Kshitij has over 11 years of experience advising large corporates, global conglomerates, and private equity investors on complex, high-stakes transactions across diverse sectors. His transactional practice spans structuring, negotiation, and execution of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (both inbound and outbound), joint ventures, private equity investments, debt funding through the external commercial borrowings route, and market entry strategies.<\/p>\n

Before joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Rohan and Kshitij worked at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas’ New Delhi office.<\/p>\n

Rohan graduated from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar in 2011 and Kshitij graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2015.<\/p>\n
