Following the successful completion of the offering, Priority Jewels Ltd was listed on the NSE and BSE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The IPO received an overwhelming response, with the Issue being subscribed 100.45 times.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Following the successful Issue, Priority Jewels shares made a positive stock market debut on September 4, 2026, listing at a ~15% premium to the IPO price.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Fox &amp; Mandal acted as sole legal counsel to Priority Jewels Limited and advised the Company on legal due diligence and the drafting of the offer document in connection with the IPO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Fox &amp;
