The event combines creative competitions and advocacy-oriented activities on the first day with an intellectual Youth Conclave on the second day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The initiative is designed to encourage young people to engage with public health not merely as an institutional concern, but as an area requiring informed leadership, social awareness and active community participation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Event Format<\/p>\n<p>Participating institutions will constitute contingents of up to 8 student delegates. The first day, 12 September 2026, will feature a series of competitions through which participants can engage with the event&#8217;s themes through different forms of creative and intellectual expression. These include:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Quiz<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Declamation \/ Oratory<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Short Film &amp; Multimedia Reel Making<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Social Startup \/ Business Plan Pitch<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Policy Drafting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The second day, 13 September 2026, will transition from competitive activities to the Youth Conclave, featuring distinguished speakers and thematic panel discussions addressing contemporary issues at the intersection of health, law, society and youth leadership.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Youth Conclave<\/p>\n<p>The Youth Conclave will feature the following discussions:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">&#8220;Code, Clause, and Cure&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: italic;\">10:30 AM &#8212; 1:00 PM<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">A discussion focusing on empowering youth leaders to navigate the legal frontiers of modern healthcare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">&#8220;Breaking the Silence&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">2:00 PM &#8212; 4:00 PM<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">A discussion examining the role of educational institutions in health advocacy, stigma reduction and student support mechanisms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The event will conclude with a <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Valedictory &amp; Award Ceremony<\/span>, including the felicitation of competition winners.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Distinguished Guests<\/p>\n<p>The Conclave is expected to feature the presence of distinguished personalities from public life, law, public administration and academia, including:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Shri Anurag Thakur<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Shri Suresh Kumar Kashyap<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Shri Kavinder Gupta<\/span>, Hon&#8217;ble Governor of Himachal Pradesh<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Shri Rajeev Bali<\/span>, Legal Remembrancer-cum-Principal Secretary (Law), Government of Himachal Pradesh<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Shri Ankitesh Ojha<\/span>, Senior Associate, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Dr. Sachin Sharma<\/span>, Associate Professor of Law, HPNLU Shimla<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Registration &amp; Participation<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Participation is open to recognised colleges and universities across India. Each institution may register one contingent comprising a maximum of 8 student delegates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The registration fee is &#8377;4,999 per contingent, covering participation in the competitions and associated event facilities. The first prize for each competition carries a cash award of &#8377;1,100, while the Overall Best Contingent will receive a cash prize of &#8377;11,000 along with a trophy.
