Rizwan Siddiquee has reiterated that an advocate\u2019s duty of confidentiality continues even after the professional relationship with a client has ended.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Court held that an advocate cannot use confidential information received from a client against them, including by disclosing privileged communications to the media.
