Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel to The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) on the merger of its associate company, Oriental Hotels Limited (OHL), with and into IHCL by way of a Scheme of Arrangement, approved by the boards of both companies on August 24, 2026.<\/p>\n

The share exchange ratio is 25 equity shares of IHCL for every 117 equity shares of OHL, on an all-stock basis, with completion targeted in the second half of FY2028 and an Appointed Date of April 1, 2027.<\/p>\n

The deal team included Pranay Chandran, Partner; with support from Pranav Sharma, Senior Associate; Naman Jain and Ajitesh Arya, Associates.<\/p>\n
