About Organisation<\/p>\n

Gautam Buddha University is a State university, established under the Uttar Pradesh Gautam Buddha University Act, 2002<\/a> (U.P. Act No. (9) of 2002), recognized by UGC under section 2(f)<\/a> and 12(B)<\/a> of UGC Act, 1956<\/a> and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The University envisions becoming a world-class centre for excellence in education. The University has over 511 acres of lush green campus located at Greater Noida beside Yamuna Express.<\/p>\n

Established in 2011, the School of Law, Justice & Governance<\/span> envisions fostering the advancement of learning, teaching, and research in the fields of law, justice, and governance. The School aims to set a fine balance between theoretical knowledge with practical learning and the development of skills, and professional attitudes through clinical legal education.<\/p>\n

About the Competition<\/p>\n

5th P.N. Mathur Memorial National Moot Court Competition is the fifth iteration of the National Moot Court Competition organised by the School of Law, Justice & Governance, Gautam Buddha University. The event will be conducted on 31st October & 1st November, 2026 physically in the Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.<\/p>\n

The event aims to instill confidence and to provide a platform for students across India to showcase their advocacy and research skills by competing in a professional and challenging environment. The purpose of organizing this competition is to engage the ignited minds who are open to sharpening their advocacy skills.<\/p>\n

Eligibility<\/p>\n

All students who are pursuing an Integrated 5-year LL.B. or 3-year LL.B. program from recognized Law Schools, Universities, and Institutions in India shall be eligible to participate. Each institution can be represented by ONLY ONE TEAM<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Registration fees<\/p>\n

All teams shall be required to make a payment of INR 3500 as the fee for registration to participate in the Competition. In addition to this, Accommodation will be available @INR 1000\/ per team\/per day, on request of the participating teams. In case observer\/s are accompanying the team they need to pay INR 500\/ per observer as registration fees along with INR 1000\/ per room\/ per day for observers.<\/p>\n
