The ELSA Maynooth International Negotiation Competition was held from March 4-7, 2016 in the University of Ireland, Maynooth, Ireland. The second edition of the competition this year witnessed participants from across the globe competing against each other in teams consisting of two persons who are required to negotiate the resolution of an international dispute. The team consisting of Shimal Surabhi Kapoor and Dhruv Jadhav representing the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, consecutively for the second time have emerged as the winners of the competition.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe ELSA Maynooth INC 2016 was a very enriching experience, where people participated from all over the world. It was a challenging competition for the most part because there were undergraduates and postgraduates facing each other. All the rounds had very competent judging and very interesting, well-drafted problems. The semifinals problem was in fact based on a real life strike issue ongoing in Dublin at the moment.
