Manuscripts should demonstrate originality, analytical depth, sound legal reasoning, and contemporary relevance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline; text-underline-style: solid; text-underline-mode: continuous;\">Content Guidelines<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Submissions must be <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">original, unpublished, and not under consideration<\/span> with any other journal, blog, or publication.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manuscripts may be in the form of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">articles, case comments, legislative analyses, opinion pieces, or short notes<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Authors are encouraged to keep the introductory paragraphs concise while clearly identifying the legal issue and the central argument.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The manuscript should be <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">analytical rather than merely descriptive<\/span>, and should engage critically with legal developments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>All case laws, statutes, reports, and other sources must be <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">hyperlinked within the text<\/span> wherever possible.
