(SAM) acted as Indian legal counsel to Juniper Green Energy Limited in connection with its initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to &#8377;18,000.00 million (approximately US$189 million), comprising a fresh issue of equity shares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Juniper Green Energy Limited is among the top 10 largest renewable independent power producer in India in terms of total capacity as at March 31, 2026. Juniper Green Energy Limited develops, builds, operate and maintains utility-scale renewable energy projects across India, with a diversified portfolio spanning solar, wind and hybrid power projects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The offering witnessed strong investor demand and was subscribed 8.69 times overall, with the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion subscribed 27.44 times, the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) portion subscribed 1.82 times, and the Employee Reservation portion subscribed 3.58 times.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The equity shares of Juniper Green Energy Limited were listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on 6 August 2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The SAM transaction team was led by
