High Court placed <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Vinay Singhal<\/span>, an officer of the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Delhi Higher Judicial Service<\/span> (DHJS), under suspension with <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">immediate effect<\/span> in contemplation of disciplinary proceedings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Highlights:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<li>\n<p>The Delhi High Court has ordered the suspension of Vinay Singhal, an officer of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service, in contemplation of disciplinary proceedings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The suspension has been ordered under:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Rule 3(1) (a)<\/span> of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-9000926583\" target=\"_blank\">All India Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1969<\/a>; and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Rule 27<\/span> of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-9001052590\" target=\"_blank\">Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The suspension has taken effect immediately.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>During the suspension period, Vinay Singhal&#8217;s headquarters will remain at the office of the Principal District &amp; Sessions Judge (HQs), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The order further stipulates that Vinay Singhal cannot leave Delhi without obtaining prior permission from the competent authority.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Court has directed that Vinay Singhal will receive subsistence allowance and other admissible
