She will be based in Mumbai office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Hiral has over twenty years of experience in real estate sector. She has been involved in several real estate transactions involving FDI investment, acquisition of agricultural lands, drafting of transaction documents&#8212;acquisition\/disposal, leasing and development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Welcoming her, <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas<\/span> said, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">&#8220;I am delighted to welcome Hiral back to the Firm. Her expertise and understanding of firm&#8217;s values and culture will further strengthen our ability to serve clients.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Hiral joined erstwhile Amarchand &amp; Mangaldas &amp; Suresh A.
