The Firm also advised on regulatory and development-related compliances, including change of land use and licensing requirements applicable to the project, and assessed the legal and regulatory implications arising from the proximity of the land to the Aravalli forest region, including the applicability and impact of notifications issued under the Punjab Land Preservation Act, 1900 (PLPA). The scope of work further included drafting joint development agreement and ancillary transaction documents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The transaction was led by <span style=\"font-weight:
