Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM<\/span>”) advised an entity of the founders of Greenko Group in relation to its participation in the USD 60 million pre-series C2 round of investment raised by Skyroot Aerospace Private Limited (“Skyroot<\/span>”) through subscription of compulsorily convertible preference shares in Skyroot. The round was co-led by Sherpalo Ventures and Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC, and also saw participation from BlackRock, Arkam Ventures, Playbook Partners, Shanghvi Family Office, and existing investors.<\/p>\n

Skyroot is India’s leading private space launch company engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and commercialization of space and aerospace products, including satellite launch vehicles and on-demand satellite launch services through its Vikram-I and Vikram-II rockets, as well as the design, manufacture and testing of advanced aerospace technologies for domestic and international applications in the space sector.<\/p>\n
