This initiative aims to <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">automate the retrieval and entry of case-related information<\/span> from High Courts and District Courts, thus, reducing manual errors, enhancing administrative efficiency, and strengthening the overall administration of justice.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Highlights:<\/h2>\n<p>The major features of the upgraded ICMIS are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Automated fetching of case information directly from <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">High Court and District Court<\/span> databases, including FIR and police station details.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Reduction of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">manual data entry<\/span>, minimizing the chances of clerical and human errors in case records.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Use of the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">CNR (Case Number Record)<\/span> as a unique identifier to retrieve accurate case details.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Advocates-on-Record and Parties-in-Person encouraged to mention the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">CNR number in the Proforma for First Listing<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Enhanced efficiency and transparency in case management before the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Better coordination and integration between different levels of courts under the e-Courts framework.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Strengthening of digital governance and administration of justice through technology-driven
