bold;\">&#8216;Su-Sahayak&#8217;<\/span>, an interactive chatbot integrated into its <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sci.gov.in\/\" target=\"_blank\">website<\/a><\/span>, to assist visitors in swiftly and conveniently accessing essential e-services, including case status, cause lists, orders, and judgments through prompt based guidance.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Key Features of the &#8216;Su-Sahayak&#8217; Chatbot:<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Su<\/span>&#8211;<span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Sahayak<\/span> is accessible directly from the Supreme Court&#8217;s website through a rotating icon <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"90\" height=\"70\"\/> positioned at the bottom-right of the screen, expanding into a chat interface on click.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Developed in collaboration with <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">National Informatics Centre<\/span> (NIC), this chatbot assists to access to real-time case status using multiple search inputs such as diary number, case number, party name, CNR number, or details of matters from High Courts and District Courts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>It facilitates quick retrieval of cause lists through search parameters including AOR code, diary number, party name, or case number.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The chatbot provides guided access to daily orders and final judgments, along with downloadable links for reference.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>It offers step-by-step assistance for availing Supreme Court <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">e-services<\/span>, including online appearance, RTI applications, requests for certified copies, and other digital court facilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Designed as an interactive, chat-based, and prompt-driven interface, it simplifies navigation and reduces procedural complexity for users.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The chatbot also addresses <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">frequently asked question<\/span>s relating to court procedures, court fees, the official calendar, guidelines for Advocates-on-Record (AORs), and virtual or hybrid hearings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Overall, &#8216;Su-Sahayak&#8217; enhances digital accessibility and user assistance, reinforcing transparency, efficiency, and technology-driven access to justice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p
