(<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">formerly known as CommScope Holding Company, Inc.<\/span>) (&#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Seller&#8221;<\/span>), had executed a purchase agreement with the Seller to purchase <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">inter alia<\/span> 100% of the equity interests of CommScope Technologies LLC, thereby acquiring 100% of the equity interests of two Indian target entities, one of which is a public listed entity (the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Transaction<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The team was led by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Sonakshi Arora<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Partner<\/span> with support from <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Kritika Dobhal<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Senior Associate<\/span>; and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Yashi Gulecha<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Associate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The team was also supported by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Nilomi Doshi<\/span>, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Hina Tolani<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Senior Associates.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-style: italic;\">Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Amphenol Corporation on the mandatory open offer to public shareholders of ADC India Communications Limited following its global acquisition of connectivity and cable solutions business assets from Vistance Networks.
